Not sure how I just found this, but here is a link to the Google+ Partner Playbook, a “comprehensive resource to help grow your audience 
on Google+, and get the most out of Google+.”  It’s got some case studies that are a bit old…I mean, come on. The White House hangout was in early 2012, right?  But I guess there are still some fundamentals to use, here.
